Sizing
Our men’s designs are printed on American Apparel tees.  They fit well; however, if you are unsure of which size to choose, it is recommended that you order a size up. 

The women’s shirts are also printed on American Apparel tees.  They tend to run small and fit one size smaller than a normal shirt in that style.      

Washing your garments inside out in cold water and hang drying will best preserve the print and sizing. 

Product Availability
In the rare event that a customer orders a product which is out of stock, they will immediately receive a full refund. 

Shipping
Purchased items will be shipped as soon as possible.  All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an average of two to three days for delivery following shipment.  Please allow up to a week for your package to arrive. Orders consisting of one to eight shirts will be mailed at a fixed rate of $5.80. Orders of nine shirts and above will receive free shipping. 

Our Graphic Prints are mailed in heavy-duty poster tubes. After delivery, prints must be carefully removed. Flattening or framing is recommended.

WE ACCOMODATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

Returns/Exchanges
If you need to exchange or return an item, email FACADE at service@facadecollection.com to receive further instructions.  Be sure to include your name, item(s), Paypal transaction ID, and an explanation.     

Items returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in excellent condition.  If the item does not meet these requirements, it will be returned at your expense.  Upon receipt and inspection, the customer will receive a full refund.       

Payment
